4 Elements to Conquer | 1 Legendary Journey

You’ve been chosen to embark on a mystical quest—an epic Supernatural adventure to unlock the elemental forces of Fire, Water, Earth, and Air.

Your mission: Complete workouts in specially marked Supernatural locations to collect and charge each element. Once all four are fully activated, you’ll rise into the ranks of the Ascended.

⚡ TL;DR: Your Mission

  • You’ll be assigned 20 workouts per element—with the option to choose your preferred intensities and types.
  • That’s 80 workouts total across Fire, Water, Earth, and Air.
  • You have from June 1 to August 10—just over two months, synced with summer break!
  • Choose your order. Go at your pace. Just don’t stop.

Each element is hidden within specific workout locations. When you complete a workout, it unlocks on your virtual board—charging your Elemental Charm and unlocking your Supercharged Supernatural Self. You won't know which workout ties to which element, so you'll have to wait and see what the realms reveal! Don't worry, you'll definitely have 20 of each to complete your ascension.

Once all four elements are fully powered, your transformation is complete.

You’ll join the elite ranks shaping the Ultimate SN Dojo Realm—a mythic space fueled by the energy of the Ascended. Your face will appear alongside fellow Supernatural legends.
